1. Purpose
Captcha.fun is intended for lawful automation, testing, accessibility, research, and business workflows that comply with applicable laws and the terms of target websites. You are responsible for how you use the API and for obtaining any required permissions.
2. Permitted use
- Automating workflows you own or are authorized to operate.
- Testing and quality assurance in controlled environments.
- Integrating with your applications through our documented REST API.
- Using prepaid credits in accordance with published pricing.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Captcha.fun to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- Breach the terms of service, robots.txt rules, or access controls of third party websites without authorization.
- Send spam, phishing content, malware, or fraudulent traffic.
- Conduct credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm individuals or organizations.
- Process illegal content or facilitate illegal goods or services.
- Circumvent billing, quotas, rate limits, or security controls.
- Share, publish, sell, or sublicense API keys without our written approval.
- Resell, white label, or operate a competing proxy service using our platform without authorization.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except through an approved security program.
- Overload or disrupt the Services or networks connected to the Services.
- Use the Services in ways that create legal, security, or reputational risk to Captcha.fun.
4. Compliance and verification
We may request information to verify identity, business purpose, or compliance with this policy, especially for high volume or unusual usage patterns. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe Captcha.fun is being used for abusive or unlawful activity, report it to abuse@captcha.fun with relevant URLs, timestamps, and evidence. We review good faith reports and may take action at our discretion.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, throttle traffic, suspend API keys, freeze credits, or terminate accounts without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform or comply with law. We are not obligated to monitor all activity but reserve the right to do so.
Violations may also result in forfeiture of unused credits and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
