This Refund and Payment Policy explains how prepaid credits, billing, and refunds work for Captcha.fun services operated by 1001519762 ONTARIO INC.

1. Overview

Captcha.fun sells prepaid access to an online CAPTCHA solving API. Credits are intangible digital services delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that delivery begins as soon as funds are applied to your account.

2. Pricing and credits

  • Pricing is published on our website and may vary by CAPTCHA type.
  • Pay per success products charge credits only when a solve succeeds unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.
  • Failed, invalid, or timed out requests are not billed for pay per success products.
  • Credits do not expire while your account remains active unless stated otherwise at purchase.
  • We may offer promotional credits subject to separate terms.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by third party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All fees are shown before checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. Because credits are prepaid digital services that can be used immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once payment has been processed and credits have been added to your account.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Unused or partially used credits.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility with your software, workflow, or target websites.
  • Service interruptions, maintenance, or third party CAPTCHA changes.
  • Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Incorrect API integration, misconfigured requests, or user error.

5. Limited exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue account credit or a partial refund in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a confirmed processing error on our side.
  • Credits purchased but never credited to your account due to a verified system failure.
  • Other exceptional cases where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge to support@captcha.fun with your account email, transaction date, amount, and a clear description of the issue. We may request logs or other information to investigate.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide payment processors with usage records showing credit delivery and consumption.

7. Pricing changes

We may change prices, packages, or billing rules by posting updates on the website. Price changes apply to future purchases. Existing prepaid credits remain governed by the pricing in effect when they were consumed unless we provide notice of a material change affecting unused balances.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or government assessments associated with your purchase except where we are required by law to collect and remit them.
